I see a lot of guys make one look like rustys because thats a simple design.

The one from TNTcustoms is expensive as hell

but the tnt one is nice. if you consider the time it would take to make that it would be worth it to get one from them if you want something like that.

ohh im not saying its not super nice. its amazing. just shipped it would of cost me over $300

ouch 300 is quite a bit. i bet you could use some wide flat steel about 1/4 inch thick and make one over the top of the axle, basically just box it.

Here is mine.Welded to the center section and then to the lower c. I also welded gussets to the upper c's. Not exactly what most rock guys like, but I don't wheel very much so it works for me.

all i gotta do is drive to go get one lol i like the look of tnt truss. if you just go through your axle and add gussets in the right places and also reinforce the trac bar mount to prevent cracks from happening.

dude I am digging the hell out of that bumper...and do you have lambo doors or something?? cause I see what looks like a hydraulic cylinder

Hey thanks I actually want to start over and do a different front bumper just change it up a little. The cylinder you see is the resi for my shocks.

Hard to see on mine, but the knuckles are braced along with the pass. side axle tube. The pass. side control arm mount is a solid chunk of steel(like what you'd make a D-ring mount out of. 3/4" I believe?
