So my alternator pulley siezed up and I snapped my serpentine and also had to replace my power steering pump pulley. I got all the parts I needed and had the alternator and new pulley installed when I remembered that my block was from a '94. So I took my serpentine back for a '00 and got one for a 94'. I got home and was installing it and noticed that it was too short (I don't have a belt routing sticker by the way). Then I drew out my pulleys and went to the computer. I searched and searched but could not find the right diagram. My pulley layout looks very similar to a '94, yet I have an extra idler. Check it out. It's a mix of a '00 and a '94. Now I didn't put this engine in myself. I had a mechanic do it because I didn't have time. The block is from a '94 and the rest from a '00.

Oops. Diagram that I didn't edit is for a 2.5l. Here's the 4.0.
