About 5 minutes from my house. It was called the Jeep Depot or something just a little hole in the wall. They had primarily XJ parts and a few of the workers XJs out front. Very bad for my wallet that I found this place. Guess I can sneak a question in here while I am at it. He has some D window wheels for 50 a pop. What size wheels for a 3" lift? I want 30s or 31s for tires.

dont listen to this guy^
most everyone has 15x8, same as stock. the things you want to look for when buying rims is the backspacing. stock rims have 5.5 bs and most of the time the reason people upgrade is to get a wider stance, that being said you want to look for less backspacing like 5''-3.5'' so you wheels will stick out further. and all xj wheels need a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern so make sure thats right before even buying them.
as for tires, with a 3'' lift 31x10.5''s are what most people run, but with a little trimming you can easily do 32''s, which is what i would do.

Most stock rims are 7"... But my steelies were only 6". I say if you want new rims go for a 15x8 with a 4" backspace. If you go 31 you can keep the 8" rims no problem.

most of the time it's because people want a wider stance? no... it's because anything over 4.5" of backspacing on a 31" or bigger tire means your tire will be rubbing your lower control arms when you turn at full lock. So we need less backspacing so they don't rub. Stock rims are 15 x 7 with 5.25" of backspacing.
with 31's, 15 x 8 with 4" of backspacing on a 5 x 4.5 bolt pattern is perfect.
