Fog light install write up

I'm about to buy some fog lights from harbor freight and could use some pretty clear instruction on how to install/wire them up.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

I wired some cheap pilot fog lights from autozone into the stock wiring with the stock switch, I made a thread about my lights, just search for "pilot automotive"
