Sounds like a plan. But just remember if it doesn't sell right away you could have you money tied up for a while.

I'd start at $1000 OBO. That way someone can talk you down to $800.

 

Yeh I know I could have it tied up. Thats ok sorta lol. That's why im asking if people thought it would sell quick. Im ok holding it for about a month if needed. Any longer would feel wastefull.
