So I got the chance to change my front and rear diff and tc fluids the other day. Had the jeep a full year feb 15. The front diff fluid was black and bubbles was in the fluid the rear diff was totaly black and so was my tc. Used diff gasket maker on my diffs. When I pulled off my covers they both had orange gasket maker on them is that factory. And I found out my rear end is a c8.25 with 3.55 gears whoo hoo. I put in valvoline gear oil 75-90 gl5 limited slip fluid in thats what my owner manusl said and dex/merc in my tc. Jeep has 198042 miles on it and after my fluid changes and cleaned out my throttle body (the iac ports was all gunked up with carbon) my jeep idles and drives a lot better hopefully my mpg's increase. I ccurrently have 45 miles to 3/4 tank is that good so far?
