Hey guys I was recently gonna put a flowmaster 40 delta flow in my jeep but when I looked on quadratec to order it, it said it wouldnt work with a 94 4.0, and I called and they said the same thing. However I know a ton of you and others run that on their XJ's. Why would they be saying that? Thanks!

 

Cocaine is a helluva drug. Seriously though it'll work just fine! Just get the one with 2.25" in and outlets and you'll be golden.

 

Okay thanks man! I though it was weird that they said it would work with the 2.5l engine but not the 4.0... Haha why do you think it would've said that?

 

I'm getting the super 44 coming up for my 94 4.0.

 

Go with something that runs straight-thru. You will have less drone and better tone. Amazon is your friend regardless of muffler. I picked up my 14" 4x9 oval maggy for under 50$.

Also, I believe performance-curve.com has a good deal on their mufflers/ custom cat back system for our XJ's

 

There's a vendor on here that sells exhaust kits from the cat back

 

To get you to buy a more expensive exhaust, probably..
