For years I've seen my neighbors 1989 XJ wagoneer limited decline in condition since the first day he bought it new. Today I finally stopped and asked if he would be interested in selling it. Well as luck would have it they were planning on replacing it and scrapping it out. I told them I was interested in it for parts and they are going to call me next week. Well I gave it a quick inspection and saw the holy grail under it................a Dana 44 with 3:55. I hope he calls me so I can drive it up to my buddies salvage yard and get my rear end, drive shaft, and u bolt plates for my 2001 Cherokee and scrap the rest. I'm so excited that I finally found one........wish me luck.

Thanks, yeah I mean to sound like a winer but I've had nothing but issues with my rig. This was finally something I'm excited about because I've been looking for as my 8.25 is slowly eating itself and the fluid is a solid metallic silver. My truck is mainly street duty but Ive been trying to make it nice again with the most heavy duty parts available. I was very excited to finally find one in my ratio.
