So I finally got some time to trim my fenders!
Removed the flares and then taped everything off.

Did the rears using the "cut and fold" method. Trimmed the rear cap so it only covers the bumper end and painted the bottom portion of the quarter panel black to match the rest of the Jeep. I've still got to drill out the rivets holding the support clip for the bumper cap on, but that should be happening this weekend.

Simply used an angle grinder with a cut off wheel to do the fronts. Added the door trim so I don't have the sharp edge anymore. I decided to make the fenders flat as I'll eventually be doing TJ flares, but this at least helps me out until them.

taped them off then sanded them down using wet/dry sand paper. Used a flat black primer spray, then 2 coats of semi gloss black spray. Finished it with 2 coats of clear coat spray.
