A few CB and HF radio questions
First, is the plastic on the console sturdy enough for a cb mount? I am assuming so since I see alot of them mounted there
Second, Has anyone used a boat antenna mount on their roof rack? I'm talking about the ones that has a 1/4 turn handle to drop the antenna down. ...one of these.
Is a VHF mount compatible with a cb antenna?
I think it would be handy for parking garages, woods, and such.
And anyone have a HF/UHF/VHF radio in their rig? I'd like to see how they are installed too. I'd like to get a FT-857 Yaesu to yap on.
