Default feeler: Bumper light bars

Sup guys, going to make a few light bars that can be mounted to the front bumper. Was wondering If I made a few of these would anyone be interested in one for 50 bucks shipped? that's a ball park figure. Also going to make some that mount to the roof of our jeeps for about 75 shipped.

Ok going to get A few of them made for now and test the waters. Also going to get a few made that will mount to the roof that can support 4-5 fogs and see how those do as well.

are the roof ones going to tie into the oem racks or will they require drilling into the roof?

My plan is to get them mounted to the OEM rack, not sure about you but I would hate to drill holes on my roof. Or get some to work with the gutter mounts but those would be more expensive. Still looking into the materials.

I would like to do something similar to this one but might be more expensive. We don't have a tube bender.

Make sure you remember that a lot of our XJ's are daily driven including on the freeway. You should look into making the lights or bar foldable to prevent rock chips breaking lights

not if they're the average size of kc lights. would have to be smaller in circumference or a really wide light bar.

I'm sure I can get one made longer to fit them and add 2 more light mounts. Would they be 5 or 6" fogs? The ones in pictures are 5" Slims. I'm pretty sure I can fit four 5" fogs max on the bar shown in pictures

i'm not a fan of the pointy corner look, but that actually looks really good nice work!

I'm not sure what size material your using, but i made a few out of 1.5" tube and some from 1"tube and I would angle the hoop forward so the lights could mount behind the bar, kinda prerunner style. it gave it a much better profile as well as not have the lights the furthest forward points.I think if you did that it would look pretty sweet. just my .02

That is clean looking, If I did not have light tabs or tube work on my winch bumper I would consider that bar
