Fab Logo
I think the first one is fine but I would suggest modifying the letters "A" and "B" in FAB so that the cross-lines don't intersect/connect. This will allow you to have your trademark waterjetted or laser cut into your work without ending up with big holes in the lettering.

I would like to clarify something before this thread continues. I didnt mean to give the impression that I was creating a business. I just wanted to create a logo that I can weld, cut, or paint onto the items I create for the Jeep. Like a signature I can put on what I make. I do appreciate the feed back though. I will work on the ideas to refine them.
So far I have made front frame stiffeners, my rear bumper (which slides 16 inches into the frame), the front bumper, re-did the mounting system for the bumper, a C-Rock plate, currently working on a stinger/tow bar project, and a few other projects. Some photos of these are listed below,

Is this on the lines of what you were thinking?

Thanks! I like the idea behind that one the best. vs just having an image stamped on.
What kind of fab work? Any pics?

If you like J&J (or JXJ) as a name more, use a capital J and another J, but mirror image the second one, place them back to back, and rotate them towards each other so the straight part of the J's intersect, making an X...I think that would look cool, and be simple as hell...I have no experience in desktop publishing or photoshop, or I would try it and post...give it a try if you like it

i still like the first one. exactly the way it is.

Nope, no Carrot top fabricating, although there's a comedian with that name, as long as you don't use Carrot top to do any stand up comedy you should be fine.

Not quite. Use the two "J"s to form an "X", so flip one of the "J"s on the horizontal axis, rotate them towards each other slightly, so rotate the left "J" clockwise, and the right one CCW and cross them along the straight sides to form an "X". I downloaded inkscape last night, I'll try to play with it when I have time and see if I can come up with something.
