Default electrical question

hey guys new to the forum love it so far . I recently purchased a 96 xj with a blown motor for 200 bucks no rust what so ever on it so I jumped on it . that being said I pulled the motor out and put a newer used one in and now I at the point where ive hooked up the connections that I know where they go im having issues with the passanger side wirirng wondering where some of it goes im pretty sure im missing something or don't have the right wires goin to there proper locations any help would be greatly appreciated … sorry some what of a newb to this so bare with me if I didn't post in the proper section thanks in advance , mike

Do you have access to a Chilton manual or any other service manual? Those usually have wiring diagrams in them. Also, I'm not a wiring expert, but pictures and a more detailed description would help other people to help you.
