I think it would come down to your color preference, I don't think they'll be brighter. I find it to be harder to see with blueish headlights than the normal color. But if you prefer the blue look, I don't thank it'll make that big of a difference.

LED Dash lights and shifter lights. Went with red, was very easy and looks great. PICS
