I am needing an exhaust on my 01, has anybody used this system? I am curious how the quality is and does it drone you out of the vehicle or not. I have had other glass packs and turbo muffler systems that drone so bad I could not stand it. Thanks.

I had dynomax mufflers on my Dodge Ram, good quality, good sound. As long as you aren't expecting a big performance gain they are good. The super turbo is the mildest on they offer on sound.

I've had Gibson on my Cherokee and they were good. I can't say I noticed any difference on power, maybe sounded a little deeper. When they rusted out I went back to stock and it runs the same. I would say to get any actual performance gains, you would have to do it all. Bored throttle body and ditch the factory airbox. Then performance headers, new down pipe and high flow cat plus performance exhaust. A lot of cash for some pretty mild gains.

 

Thanks for the reply. I have never put exhaust on before, just nerver cared to tackle that. I am capable of doing it but I just wanted to ind out if this system droans bad or not. I figured there has to be someone on this site that has put one on a cherokee.

I put the Dynomax 17340 on my '00 Cherokee in less than 30 minutes. I don't find it to be too loud.
