Default dual exhaust?

so im trying to get info on dual exhaust. can find any pics of like underside to show how it was routed. anybody have any pics or anything?

From what I've read, unless you have the money to blow on a specific header then most of them just get a dual output muffler but run a single pipe from the motor back to the cat. Mostly for looks anyway

Very little benefit (which is the look) for the cost.
