the tranny drop kit is just spacers and longer bolts between the uniframe and tranny crossmember. If the tranny crossmember is flush against the uniframe...no tranny drop wa done. The factory configuration is 2 per side, use a 15mm socket. Usually its one stud/nut and one bolt per side, with weldnuts inside the frame.

Just 1 inch. Can be made with some 1x2 square tubing, then just drill 2 holes to fit and that's it

Make sure you use steel tube and not aluminum.

You should be able to find it at any good hardware store.

I didn't think you could do a T Case Drop on a 2WD??? But I dont know very much about this stuff yet as I am a new owner and still learning.

2wd or 4wd makes no difference. You drop the crossmember to help the rear drive shaft angle.

At 2 inches of lift and a shorter drivetrain I would think your vibes are coming from elsewhere. How are your ujoints?

I blew my 2wd trans by not adding the drop kit and leaving excess stress on the rear seal. 4 inch lift. Although I'd say it was more planned than anything...blow 2wd trans and convert to 4x4
