Snow and ice = Stuck
When the boss called this morning and said no work today because of the snow, I was happy... when I tried to go to Taco Bell for lunch I got sad... got stuck and slid down the hill a little bit. Now the XJ is a road ornament until this crap melts. I have NO traction at all. I wish my T-Case didn't explode on my trip... though I am not sure it would help in this stuff with mud tires.

My Center Axle Disconnect isn't working.
Actually I've been lazy and haven't researched the proper vacuum line placements.
So with the snow on the ground the XJ is staying in the yard

I could use a mini vacation... though if I had 4x4 capabilities, I might have tried to find some mud when this melts... blasted previous owner, why can't people take care of and or modify their 4x4's correctly
Mud tires aren't gonna be that bad unless you are on ice, then unless you've got chains or studs your on equal ground. You've got 4wheel drive, use it...when its fixed.
I used to drive a 1992 F150 that was 2wd. I had that thing pushing through snow up to the hood, and it was a blast.
You just gotta get practice and get good at it.
