Default dragging brakes.

its been a while since weve last seen rain here in MD. now that it rain for a little bit now, ive been noticing ONLY when it rains or when its mildewy outside my brakes drag in the rear. also when i stop the brakes grab super quick, but it goes away after a couple of pumps of the pedal. is this a normal thing for jeeps? is there anything i can do to help it.? advice please. THANKS.

Curious about this as well I noticed that every once in a while My breaks will almost lock while barely touching the petal. Also only when wet/raining.
