Default Doorless speaker mounting...

Ok so i took out my old sound bar and sold it so that not an option anymore. When i go doorless i want to still have speakers to listen to music so im thinking of putting them in the kickers next to the door... Any opinions or suggestions on this? Prob get the same speakers i have in my doors. Sound Ordnance 5.25 2 ways from Crutchfield, which are awesome.

XJ_maniac just did a write up thread a week ago.

Try looking for that one. It'll help.

Not speaker oriented but.... would several 4 or 5 pin trailer plugs work well for disconnecting doors? I think i have 15 on the drivers side 9 on the passenger. Also opinions putting the interior lights and buzzer on a switch or wiring them in the door plugs like in the write up section that huntingman posted about.

I used trailer plugs for my wires. 2 and a partial on the drivers side and 2 on the passenger side. They work great!
