I love this, people are unhappy with customer service so you shower them with free stuff and they love you again lol Classic

I do hope your communication/supplier issues are resolved by time I start ordering parts, that is whenever i finish current projects/honeydo junk

 

I don't believe this was a case of anyone being "in love with us again." Honestly, a vast majority of the people requesting the skulls had nothing to say in this thread, nor were they customers of ours (yet), so we were given the chance to do something nice, and we jumped on it.

We made a mistake, fixed it and it is my sincere hope that the original customer is satisfied with our resolution and will possibly buy from us again.

As far as the free stuff goes, that is a promotion we decided to run to introduce ourselves as a new vendor on the forum. I announced it in this thread and others.

I want the promo to get as much exposure as possible.

In this case the customer went public with an issue he had, and fortunately, we were able to resolve it. People now have the opportunity to see that we are willing, able and ready to help whenever any issue or concern arises.

Ive never had any problems with ballistic

Got mine yesterday...now the question of where to put them...

 

well, i have never ordered from straight ballistic , but i do build with thier parts.

i buy from a local shop near me.

on every forum i jump onto, there is a thread right near the top, about DONT BUY FROM BALLISTIC.

that right there started to scare me away. but now, i went to go pick up some parts from the local shop, only to find them saying "we will never order from ballistic again". after talking with them for a few, i found that they have the same gripe with ballistic as the consumers on the forums.

now i cant get parts in town, and with every forum talking about the business the way they do, i wont be buying ballistic fab products until i SEE that there is a change in business.

cant win em all with a free $1 part. some of us see past the glitter!!


BTW-i think ballistic fab makes GREAT products, but im not a fan of how business is being conducted.

DAVE-why arent you giving away skulls to pirate4x4? oh cuz you know what that will get ya. haha!!

you can say the skulls are just you being nice, but when a business is being dogged and the throws out goodies, its obvious they are trying to save face. 75% of americans will fall for this. its a shame and an insult to us not falling for it.

I wouldn't say insult .. just because I got some free stuff doesn't mean im falling for anything ... and if you've never ordered anything from them with good or bad results I wouldn't get on a forum bashing them .. you like there stuff so order something and if they f*** up bash away... Dave thanks for the free stuff and the next time I need something you have ill give you a try and go from there!

 

Search Ballistic over at pirate4x4. They will never get my money. They have screwed so many people its ridiculous.
