Im single and young it makes my life much easier

 

my girl gets scared when I work on my jeep, she say's things like "is that gona catch on fire?" and "I didnt turn on the radio you just put in because I was afraid it would catch fire." or "I think I smell smoke." I just laugh and say "If it catches fire we have all these half empty water bottles we can use to put it out with."

 

she does and i don't care,, shes got a kitchen to play in plus a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner...my little old xj ....seems fair to me

 

I made a deal with my wife. I get 4 hours a week to work on it and she doesn't bad mouth it and I give her 4 hours to do what she wants without our baby girl. I win! The only real problem she has is that I put to much money in it and I don't hear about it that much. When it comes for the time to have fun in it she is always asking to drive!

 

The only xj argument my girlfriend and I have is whose gets lifted 1st when we get the money. Of course I vote mine cuz its newer and I've had it longer. (It sounds logical to me anyways)

 

Mine too. She just gets mad that I think about it more than her. Haha.

 

She hates it when it just sits and I dump money into it. She enjoys it when it runs and I dump less money into it.


But, as long as I pay rent and take her out every now and then.....she doesn't really mind
