Default Decisions with $300

Alright so i own a 1996 cherokee auto with about 174,000 miles. it is my daily driver because my other car is a subaru. it has a 4.5 lift, re double shear track bar, discos, transfer case drop, and 31's and still have some wobble :/. im just wonder whats the best bang for the buck with $300 some dollers. everything in the engine is stock. already just did plugs and wires ect.... i was thinking of injectors and something with cooling with summer. my car does overheat in traffic and whats a way to prevent this? i will also be driving this jeep to florida next year to move (im in pa) so keep that in mind maybe increase mpg. i just would like to have nothing go wrong on my trip. thanks for the answers in advance, hopefully i get some really good insight here! i am very mechanically inclined so installing things will not be a problem.

the answer seems pretty obvious to me. fix the crucial issues first, the wobble and the cooling. it doesn't make any sense to waste the money gaining 10 hp when you still can't drive it on the freeway. or heck save the money, saving money never hurts.

Safe bet that something will break (it is a Jeep after all) and you'd regret fooling with something to increase mileage

Yeh the dw is trying to get fixed now. It's only when I hit 55mph it feels like its getting lose then I hit a small pothole and I get it. Over 55mph I don't get it though.

I'm trying to go by what's the best way to have a switch to turn on the fan when in traffic. Any suggestions for that? Or what's the best way.. Home brew intake is on the list as well, as I need a new one anyways and it's cheap to make.

no an electric fan is not the right answer. go in there and poke around to find what the real problem is and replace it.

Yeh I think I'm going to purchase a new rad as well. But I would like an electric fan as a back up just in case.

Why not get the e-fan? My xj runs at 210 or a little below until I hit traffic for more than 15-20 minutes. Then Im running just over 210. The fan would solve or at least help this. I understand that if there is a problem with the rad or other cooling components then that needs to be fixed, but the Jeep is still going to run a bit hot during summer in the south while idling.
