Personally I'm a sucker for machine guns...
prolly put a 50 cal up top
maybe dual 25 cal in front
armor of course...something aerodynamic up front to flip others with ease and still have a lot of protection
Kevlar lined insulation...bulletproof glass
maybe have a load of Caltrops for the rear...and maybe some big long spikes like that guy in the elevator on mi1

i would put in a 347 stroker,bullet proof the whole thing,a pointed plow up front,solid rubber tires and 2 50cal's on my fenders,wit a bulletproof bubble through my roof like on the the WWII bomber planes,and have another 50cal on that wit my buddys shootin for me,while im plowin through chevy's

Mk 19 40mm launcher is nice... but still gotta have love for the quad .50's Nothing like the ma deuce singing in quartet.
