is it true that a dana 35 axle on a 3 inch lift needs no lowered transfer case as it doesn't wobble

slap me - I don't really know what I'm talking about. I'm getting a 3inch lift kit and have been told I don't need to lower my transfer case as the axle I have doesn't suffer from driveline vibrations with the lift !!

is this correct

never heard that about the axle, but 3 inches usually isn't enough lift to cause bad vibes. Though the newer ones seem more prone to it. interesting concept with the 35, I'm curious to see what responses you get now.

it doesnt matter what rearend you have, when you get high enough your going to get driveline vibrations and will need to correct those with a SYE. at three inches you will have no problems

Stock brake lines should be fine at 3 inches of lift. You do need longer u bolts though that should be it.

actually the rear brake line was a little short with the 3.5 lift, i relocated it with a bracket on the axle.
