Default Dana 30...Question's

ok i really want to put a locker in the front and i dont have the money to put chromoly axles in it and im worried that ill break a axle im running 33" tires on 15x8 rims...

not sure why you would need chromoly shafts if ur guna be on 33s? if ur staying on 33s just put a powertrax in there and wheel it, unless u wheel it HARD, you should be fine

Witch is better a Aussie Locker, Spartan Locker or the PowerTrax No-Slip Locker

i have heard a lot better reviews from people on here about powertrax compared to aussie and spartan

i second powertrax. just a smoother locker. also why it costs more money.

do u see yourself needing 4wd in ice/snow? not sure how winters are in KY... if u do, don't do a lunchbox in front.. wont be able to steer in ice while in 4wd.

so if i go with the powertrax locker i can drive it in 4wd in the snow or not

Do yourself a HUGE favor and save up for a selectable front locker instead.
