Default Cut/Fold Rear Quarters

Hey guys, I'm sure there are threads for it, but I'm having no luck finding them. I want to cut and fold my rear quarters behind my tires. I'm not even 100% sure what to call it or to search for. So any advice, help, or links are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Harley
