I like The Charcoal black, I wanted to paint my 98 the same color as the rims on my 99. I think itd be a sweet color to do and I almost thought about painting the flares a metalic silver, Heres an xj I almost picked up last year with the silver around the body...looked real good in my opnion.
Also I believe the Chili Pepper Red is an awsome color, That or sunburst orange.

Honestly i've thought about having my jeep Line-x'ed with their colored bedliner stuff. I think you can actually have the color mixed up and they can make the bedliner whatever color you want. Probably cost as much as a really good paintjob. And then you get free touch up if it ever flakes or fades b/c I think its warrantied for life to never chip or anything.
If you do get it painted, make sure they do all the jams, under the hood, etc. Other wise it looks really cheap. I've been tempted to do the new Rescue Green, but I really like my Chili Pepper Red. For any color, orange based hues tend to fade very easliy, and much faster than blue based hues. If you want it to last, do a blue based hue, especially with shades of red.
