It really helps if you fill out your used CP so everyone knows what you have, easier to help you.

Pretty much all my cooling system is new, water pump, clutch fan, electric fan, radiator cap. What isn't new is thermostat and radiator. One of those two cause my problem?

Yes, I had this same problem. I ended up replacing everything except the radiator. Of course, it ended up being a clogged radiator. If its the original radiator, replace it as well as the thermostat and it should fix your issue.

Overfilling is one possibility. It should normally be about half full when cold. Filling it to the top will pretty much guarantee and overflow.

Bad radiator cap can cause this.
