If you have a picture of your after-market center console post it! I need a new console but don't wanna spend $100+ on a factory one.

 

Make your own!! That's what I plan on doing. Use your stock one for mounting points, gear shifter holes, etc and then go at it!

 

What exactly do you mean? Cut the factory console apart?

 

Yeah! I'm gonna take mine out and start with a fresh frame built of wood, mark locations for gear selecters and the ebrake, and then mold out cupholders, GPS mount, etc. Then I will take the finished product and cover it in fiberglass painted to match the dash.

Sure! Granted it prob won't be for just a little while, but I will get it done and make a thread. If people really like em, I might make more and sell.

 

Does anyone know of an aftermarket adapter piece just to replace the ash tray in a 97-01 center console? Like something to slide in, in place of it. The p.o. Broke it.

 

there is a switch holder that fits into it. or you could find one at a jy.
