I wouldn't trust that Chinese stuff as far as I could throw them.

 

A lot of companies order from that side of the world and slap their sticker on it saying "Made in the USA".

For the OP check out aliepxress. Ive ordered lights from that site before and a lot of people I know have also.

I have the Hanma brand light bar 21" $120.
IP 67 weather rating.
Two years old, mounted inside stock bumper. It has fogged up to the point I had to take the side covers off and remove the moisture. This could be because the front end 'met' some trees.

 

IP68 is the rating

 

ip67 is good tell 1 meter deep and ip68 is good for 3 meters deep.In English ip67 is more like moisture resistant and ip68 is closer to being almost water proof.
