Not the answer you want but a suggestion, have you looked at tire rack? we have a good used tire store here,I have found good deals there,I also find some good deals at the local jy,I bought a set of 32s at the jy not long ago for $200,they retail for $230 each, and they are new. I hate paying full price for parts,or tires.

If you don't mind re-treads, treadwright.com. They have good reviews.

Where did you find these in a 33 for $90?

I have a buddy looking for budget 33's and we spent the last few days looking for budget 33's and those were a tire we looked at, but best we could find was $190 for a 33..

Ok so I aksed my buddy yesterday and he said he found them at a local dealer for around 90 in 31"s. But 33's shouldn't be too much more. I'll try to get you the info...but it might take a few days. I'm thinkin maybe $120 or so. Btw internet dealers are usually overpriced and they tag you with handling fees etc. I would try craigslist for deals rather than buy off something like Tirerack. (not to mention shipping costs suck too and Tirerack doesn't ship to my area)

These are what I got and I love them in 33x12.5. I got a deal for 400 for all four and a spare that I got from this kid. They retail around $160 new on websites I've checked. A local dealer quoted me $140 a tire.
