No CB..

Got a Amateur Radio rig. But if need be in a dire emergency I can tune to the CB band.

A good no-drill mount is the Diamond K400 series lip mount.

We have the same rule along with first aid kit, fire extinguisher, tow points front and rear and a full size spare no bigger or smaller than one inch of your tire size.

Yep all those were in the rules for when I ran with this club.. Actually when I became the Events Coordinator of this other club I adopted those rules for the club I spent most of my time with..

Good rules to have IMO.. For communitcation, Recovery, and Saftey Reasons

I guess I should put mine in the garage....i bought it before I learned they are a bad idea. Hookless strap is def coming soon

I definitely recommend one! Mine is currently mounted under my glovebox, I plan on moving it next to my shifter like pictured above.

Here's how my antenna is mounted.

Nope but I know it's happened manny of times before.. However I have seen a what the guy thought was a strong chain break and go thrugh the back window of the recovery vehlcile.. Chains and straps with top hooks are scrary when being used for recovery IMO
