Can you install a receiver hitch without removing the bumper?
My receiver hitch, [Draw-Tite], has a bracket that goes up into the frame rails that the bolts screw into.
Can you get the bracket in the frame rail without removing the rear bumper?

Not unless you are a magician. But it easy to remove the rear bumper, 4 15mm bolts. Jus t make sue that you soak those bolts with PB Blaster for a few days before trying to remove them. They have a tendency to rust and seize from time and the elements making them prone to snapping when force is applied to remove them.

I took off my wimpy class II hitch and put on a huge Reese tow master class 3 without removing the bumper. The new Reese series is modular, so installing is so much easier, then just tighten everything down when its all in.
