I am sorry but 1 you are asking to much and 2 lets tear apart this ad to show your XJ is not what it is...

1) the XJ is a unibody and does not have a body that can be lifted. you either have a 3" puck and longer shackle/blocks which is is unsafe, 3" lift springs are around $100 and a cheap AAL altho not as good as new spring packs is a much better option.
2) Dana 60 front end? the pumpkin will not fit under a jeep with 3" lift without ALOT of fancy and tricky fab work and the oil pan and a few other stuff would have to be clearanced, plus I highly doubt you have narrowed and had custom shafts made. you could sell a front drivers drop 60 for $1000 easy then part the jeep out for another $600-$1000.... and then getting a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern is not realy possible unless you with a set up like DynaTrack
3) your custom bumpers better have 5 bolts per side (7 recommended) mounting the bumper up front and tie into the unibody out back, not just mount up to the stock location. that wont hold very long and the jeep will be "totalled" when they rip off
4) 3000lb winch? you need an 8k at a min the forces off road can sometimes tripple the vehicle weight during a recovery, 9k is recommend but 8k will suffice. so the winch is nothing good but for an ATV or a trailer.
