Default bumper trimming pics??

i would like more ground clearance under my front bumper...does anyone have any pics of the lower part of the stock bumper on a 97+ cut off? the part with the fog lights??

Best pic I have of mine



Just used a cut off wheel on the end caps and drilled out the rivets in the center piece



I can get better pictures tomorrow in the sun light if you like.

yeah that would be great! thanks a lot! can you get some of the corners? i just want to make sure im going to like it before i go hacking into my perfectly good bumper. haha

Yeah that does! Thanks! So how did it turn out at the bottom of the fender flare part of the bumper corner? Because before it sort of flows into the bottom part

I tore mine up trying to play on a big pile of snow. so when i got home i just took a rotozip (i think thats what its called) and cut it all the way around the bottom. I think it looks a little better but whatever

Yeah thanks for the pics guys! I just though about something. I have sway bar drop brackets and I am worried that te sway bar might show if I cut the bottom section ofte bumper off. I will have to look at that when I get home.

Why would the sway bar showing present a problem? Heres mine after trimming.

Well if the sway bar is showing it won't lookgood. That's all. No mechanical problem with it hanging down. And that's that's the perfect shot I'm looking for!
