Default Bumper identification

Hi I was wondering if anyone has an idea of who manufactured this bumper. According to the seller it was not homemade but he can't remember where he got it from. Thanks!

I think its one of them cheapo bumper companies and to me i wouldn't use it.The spindle on it looks too small to hold anything bigger then a stock tire and the latch is only really held on by two screws.

Would it be worth $250? I do have a welder that I could beef it up with.

Honestly for what it will cost you to beef up you could build a new bumper. The cheapest tire carrier i would use is smittybilt for 700 http://www.quadratec.com/products/12057_8102_07.htm The rest are a grand up depending brand name.

I would not buy one of them for sure and I worry even about a stock size tire hanging on it.
