Default brake question....

ok my old brakes were worn, and squeaking so i replaced them.....

well the new ones are still squeaky so i am wondering if it was something that i did. Well the only thing i can think of is that i put the long shoe in the back and short in the front... could that of been causing the squeaking? if not what could be?

thanks
