I am using Wagner pads and shoes on my 95 xj.
Have used Wagner thermoquite pads for a long time and have had good results.

Thumbs up

Sorry for the delay
Mine were: QC477's for the front and yes, they are ceramic. Do not forget to either get new rotors or have them turned. New pads should have either a new surface or a turned surface. This will also remove any warp that they may have gotten over the years.
on a 95 xj

Just my 2 cents, take it for what it's worth

Do you know how much it is to get them resurfaced?

All depends, My local parts store charges $7.50 per rotor if you buy pads and $10.00 per if you do not buy anything.

All depends on the shop.

Whatever you use don't use autozone brake pads duracrap, they started squealing after a day on new rotors.

The regulars yes, but the Gold brand is actually Bosch brand in their box.
