Need a bender for that. Or buy the parts. I had access to 2" tube, a chop saw and a 220 Lincoln, so that is what I used. It might be cheaper to just buy a bumper, unless you are into the built, not bought deal. Half the fun for me is doing it myself, though that can drive my wife crazy
