Has anyone blacked out their logos with black paint or Plastic-coat, if so post pics.

I did mine and it works just like the video shows. Came out real good. Also did my grill. Here's a pic I took

The grill looks good, but won't the engine heat melt the plastic-coat off?

There is a company that does the logos on the trucks at work. I don't know how they do it but they use some kind of tint film so it allows the chrome to show through but is smoked. It looks pretty cool on the big ram logos.

For pretty much everything I want black I use the 97 cent/can home depot generic flat black. Surprisingly doesn't fade much and if it scratches/flakes I just respray

Looks good blacked out... but I think it would be on light color or white models
