Default Bfg km2's wearing

Has anyone noticed that after spinning tires on dry pavement or dry rocks, bits of rubber get caught on your fenders ? I know these tires have soft rubber but i find it weird that I can run my finger on my inner fender sometimes and collect tire. And this was just with a little tire patch.

It's normal. I saw a viper the other day with a ton if black most on the rear quarters. It's Norma for any tire just try and limit spin as much as possible

I know cars in burnout competitions put painters tape on their fenders to prevent stuff like this but I was just surprised at how easily the tires wore.

My MT/R badly need replacing and I've been doing burnouts for the hell of it. When I wash out my rear fenders after doing a few good ones it comes out black.

KM2's are one of the best wearing set of m/t's i've ever owned. And i've owned quite a few different sets.

literally every tire will do that. a burnout is burning rubber off the tire. that burnt rubber has to go somewhere.

That's good to hear jarrett, I love these tires. And I have a Mazda b2300 4 cyl 5 speed that does burnouts pretty well and I've never noticed rubber on the fender. As long as its normal, im happy.

Probably because that is so light in the rear its not really even wearing the tires.

It's possible, it never really left any rubber marks on the ground either.
