Run Seafoam through the intake and gas tank (replacing your injectors will not necessarily give you better mileage, contrary to all the information in this thread - but running a good injector cleaner like Seafoam will), check your exhaust manifold for cracks and replace it if it has any, replace your upstream o2 sensor if you never have, replace your catalytic converter if it's clogged or broken internally, get your tire pressure right, put in fresh filters (air, fuel and oil) and get a fresh tune up in there.

There's a ton more you can do, but those are the big ones I can think of right now.

I keep up basic maintenance and on 32 m/ts im getting 14 mpg or so around town and I drive with a lead foot.
id do the seafoam every oil change your gonna have 3k miles between uses so its had plenty of time to work out.

Injectors will improve gas milage.. going from a 1 hole to a 4 hole is gonna atomize the fuel better giving you a better aif fuel mix meaning less fuel to get the same bang which means better gas mileage.. the main purpose for doing the swap in the first place..

10-11mpg on 4" with 31x10.5
But I need to look at replacing my fuel pump, head gasket, rear main seal, and fix exhaust leak

Skip to 2:20. The injectors use the same amount of fuel. Yes it atomizes the fuel meaning that the 4 hole injectors are working more efficiently than the 1 hole. Which will give you better throttle response.

Don't get me wrong, i'm all for upgrading your injectors. I've done it. You'll get a smoother idle and better throttle response. But if you're looking to up your MPGs, there are other things you should look at, do, and replace first.

And yeah the company claims that you'll see 2-3 MPGs, but that's called a company promoting their product. What people don't know is what causes an injector upgrade to up their MPGs is that their old injectors are dirty and gunked up. So I say run injector cleaner of some kind and call it a day. Unless you're looking to get a small increase in power and throttle response, then do the upgrade.

Look.. Let me try again to explain this.. If you have a better fog with the same amount of fuel it will take less of that fog to do the same bang as the poorly mixed fog of a factory injector. So then you dont need the same amount of fuel which is where the increase in milage comes from and is where they calculated 3 mpg.. So again better injectors means better mileage. your video proved my point. He flowed the same exact fuel amount and one side atomized better. If that was an engine computer it would have started cutting back the fuel because less was needed to make the same bang

The computer really won't see that big a difference, if any, honestly. I have read many different people's results and the vast majority see no improvement at all from their stock injectors that are periodically cleaned with injector cleaner (this includes myself). Some have even seen a decrease in mileage. However that may be partly that they are heavier on the gas because of they are enjoying the increase in throttle response. Maybe not. I dunno

I just looked at your build and saw that you just very recently put them in. I was going to ask what your results are. However you did a bit of exhaust work at or around the same time (which will yield a better increase in MPGs than injectors would), so your results wouldn't really be applicable to this conversation.

Dude ive dumbed it down for you as much as possible your computer WILL notice and thats where your milage comes from. You are wrong and i have seen an in crease myself. And just because i have pics posted on the same freakin page doesnt mean it was all done the same day. My exhaust work was done weeks prior to the injectors which you woulda noticed if you woulda paid any attention. Anyways i firmly stand by my statement that better and more efficent injectors will yeild better mileage. You of course still fail to understand any point ive made so lets just agree to disagree. No need in a mexican standoff over simple information and disagreement.
