To clean mine I just use reg. carwashing soap and a good stiff brush. Comes clean as best it can. When it was first done I put a sealer on it so that helped a lot. (I do not remember what sealer). I guess tire shine would work but I know on Rhino line or any Rhino line like products you do not want to use armorall on it.

Honestly we used to use Armor all on my buddies 00 cherokee and it would work ok, but if you want it to stay shiny and clean lookin i would recommend some expensive tire shine, they sell some stuff that works for around "2-3 months" but it'll really last around a month maybe. I'd recommend some Mulligens tire foam and clean, then hit it with the good stuff.
