For a while I'm going to groove out these TSLs and pick up an 8.25, and see what she can do stock. Hoping next summer going full width 44/9, 6" or so lift, long arms, and 36x13.50 Iroks.

I've been tossing around the idea of a homebrew diy 2 " lift, one of the above and watching for a 31 or 32 inch wheelset on craigslist.

i figured i would post my ? here instead of starting a new thread. Obviously i have searched...allbeit maybe not very good.

I have 4" b/s rims now. but im wanting new rims and the lowest b/s the ones i want are 4.5". now im gonna get some 33x1250's but maintain my stock lower control arms. I measured; and from what i can tell, they will rub. im just not sure if i did it right.

so my setup will be..3" lift, trimmed fenders and 33 1250s. with 4.5 b/s rims. does anyone if ill rub.

If you don't properly bumpstop it will rub. I would get rims with 3.75" bs If I was you. My Xj has 3.5" lift and 33x10.50 and it barley rubs at the front of the inner fender when fully stuffed. Once I extend my bump stops more it won't but a 12.50 is wider then what I run
