The best is when your hands are covered in small cuts and you have to go somewhere important with the family. So you have to clean up with citrus GOJO, the burn created there is amazing. And the other day I was taking off some rotor blades and somehow the the nut I was taking off went from alot of resistance to none. And I hit myself in the head with a 1/2 inch breaker bar, It left a good ping pong ball size knot.

My brother was removing the starter off my junk 87 XJ so he could steal the trans for his 95. He dropped it as it came loose and split his forehead open.

Well the most painful was the piece of liquid metal that fell off the end of my torch and managed to find its way up my nose and into my sinus cavity. I could hear it sizzling for ever and man did it hurt like hell! Stunk bad too for a while. I was doing over head work.

have had my long a$$ hair get caught in the wheel of my creeper. YEEE-OWW the only thing to do is try to get off of the creeper and carry it out... no rolling out lest you scalp yourself. another good one was using a wire wheel on a bench grinder and had one (1) of the little freaking wire hair deals fly off and IMBED itself right in the end OF MY NOSE. i thought i died, it had to have gone cleen through my head at least it felt like it did. other wise just nice burns from welding or torching... no funny storys with those though.

Last week I was greasing my front drive shaft, and decided to grab my rock slider and swing my self up from under the XJ......well, my forehead smacked right in to the drivers side mirror. I woke up on the ground, with a big knot on my forehead. I was out for about 10 minutes........instant head ache.
