exactly.

unbolt the drive shaft, leave it in the t-case and just strap it up and secure it to the underbody.

if you pull the shaft completely, you will lose some trans fluid from the t-case.

or you could pull the front shaft (no fluid loss) and hook the jeep up with the rear wheels on the dolly.
just be sure to ratchet strap the steering wheel in the center position to the seat frame.
