Is there any company that makes aftermarket interior door handles for a Jeep Cherokee XJ....?

Tons of them at the junkyard. I've never seen one on the aftermarket, probably because they don't typically break so there's not much of an aftermarket... market. I picked one up last time I was at the junkyard because someone had already pulled it. $5

Why is the subject of your post Armrests?

What model of Cherokee do you have? I don't think you can swap the stock handles (they're the same on all Cherokees regardless of model), though with a bit of modification, 1997-2001 Cherokee door panels WILL fit the 1984-1996 models. Good luck with your quest!
