Default Anyone ever seen a Mopar Cold Air kit? **Update**

Someone close to me is selling a Mopar Cold air kit for a Cherokee. Was thinking about picking it up, but can not find any info about it online. Anyone ever seen one or used one? I know the whole cold air does not add power, blah blah blah story, just thought it would be out of the norm to have a Mopar kit.

Heres a pic..

That's sweet. Just me, but I'd keep it and the original container, and using sheetmetal and homemade stuff make a copy. Keep that as a collectible/swap meet item.

Going to pick it up today. Price is cheaper then any other CAI on the market. Even the Rocket tube. So sounds like a good find. Thanks!

The plan is to install it this weekend, so another update is in order soon. Its a very nice kit, heavy gauge metal heat shield that utilizes foam gasket on the top to seal it to the hood. Composite intake tube that runs toward the firewall and up over the brake booster and then to the throttle body. Huge Afe filter, looks about six inch's long with a four inch opening to the intake. And all new hardware (big plus cuz my Michigan Jeep has seen better days).

Almost forgot the guy gave me a DynoMax muffler as well. Didnt even want anything for it. 1up for cool people!

Pictures of it in the box and the part number.
