Angry Anyone ever ordered from these guys?

high country offroad

http://store.hicountryoffroad.com/

I ordered some tow hook brackets almost a month ago and haven't gotten them yet. Never got an email with a ship date, never got a response to an email I later sent...

...I hope I didn't get conned.

I got my d-ring and brackets from them. They shipped next day and I got them 2 or 3 days later. Try sending them another email and see what they say. Or better yet call them (931) 589-2584.

They are great so far. I have pulled a few of my buddies out of the mud and have been pulled out with them once or twice and they haven't bent or anything. I have only had them about 6 months but so far I have no complaints. Install was pretty easy as well.

Good to know. I guess there's just been a hang up somewhere.

I just got an email back from them. They are going out of business and have refunded me my money. That sucks cuz those brackets looked awesome.

I know eh. I was gona save money on that kit too because I already have a bunch of 3/8 and 3/4 shackles. I can get the brackets from somewhere else but now I gota buy shackle mounts separate and brackets + mounts will probably cost me double what high country's kit cost. O well... more money into the bottomless jeep pit
